Senior Proposal Development Lead (Finance)
Duties:
The successful candidate will support a variety of Business Development (BD), Bid & Proposal (B&P), Marketing, Strategic Planning, Talent Development, Quality Management, and other functions, working closely with the company's leadership. It is expected that the individual will be able to multi-task and work on multiple projects, interacting with the technical and administrative teams effectively. Identify new opportunities for pursuit, as well as lead proposal and capture efforts for new opportunity pursuits across the organization.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, the candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and over 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in Proposal Management. Applicant must have a proven track record of business development and proposal development experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and be proficient with office automation and document production tools. Applicant must have extensive experience developing Department of Defense and other Government Prime proposals, including One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS), Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3), and U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Task Orders. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Employment requires the ability to obtain and maintain at minimum a SECRET clearance.
Desired experience includes Project Management, Quality Management (i.e., ISO9001 and AS9100 implementation and audit), and proven ability to conduct BD, B&P, and related workshops.
