Super Micro Computer, Inc. is looking for a sophisticated, business savvy attorney who will provide legal support for all Intellectual Property and technology licensing programs at company (from mining and early development to negotiation and closure), as well as manage patent prosecution of various licensing programs within company. This position will handle a wide range of IP-related responsibilities as assigned and supervised by the General Counsel, including participating in business, operational and strategic decisions involving IP strategy and related issues.
