INVISTA is seeking a goal oriented, self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual with high integrity and strong organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills to fill a Process Optimization Engineer position at the Victoria, TX facility. This position reports directly to the Process Engineering Manager and will provide direct engineering support to the Central Control Room (CCR) shift teams on a rotating, 12-hour day shift using process engineering knowledge and skills combined with Market Based Management Guiding Principles and the MBM® Framework.About the Site:
