Clinical Operations Assistant (Inpatient Nursing) (Administrative)

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:
· Provide employee assistance and administrative support for clinic or department operations.
· Support leadership with staff scheduling, processing payroll, compliance and recruitment/onboarding tasks.
· Must have strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Education:
Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum – One (1) year of experience in an administrative support role.
Preferred – Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts will be Monday - Friday during the hours of 6:30 am - 5:00 pm. No weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
