The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland has an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to be a member of the Large Banking Organization (LBO) supervision team. The individual will be assigned to a team where he/she will work with experienced staff responsible for supervising an LBO in Cleveland, Ohio with more than $100 billion in assets. As part of the role, the individual will be responsible for leading or participating in complex reviews and monitoring and assessing the firm's governance and control practices. A background in risk management, internal controls, and/or internal audit is preferred.
This position requires access to confidential supervisory information and/or FOMC information, which is limited to "Protected Individuals" as defined in the U.S. federal immigration law. Protected Individuals include, but are not limited to, U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, and U.S. permanent residents who either are not yet eligible to apply for naturalization or who have applied for naturalization within the requisite timeframe. Candidates who are not U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents may be eligible for the information access required for this position and sponsorship for a work visa, and subsequently for permanent residence, if they sign a declaration of intent to become a U.S. citizen and meet other eligibility requirements.
In addition, all candidates must undergo an enhanced background check and comply with all applicable information handling rules, and all non-U.S. citizens must sign a declaration of intent to become a U.S. citizen and pursue a path to citizenship.

Employees typically sit most of the day and work with a computer. Physical movement consists of walking for meetings, breaks, etc. The ability to lift items weighing approximately 20 pounds on a limited basis is required. Must be willing to travel by car/air up to 5% of the time if living in the Cleveland, Ohio area or up to 25% if residing in other communities within Federal Reserve System's Fourth District. Travel requirements are balanced with a flexible schedule and hybrid work arrangements.
