Patroller - Seattle (Finance)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lot Checkers are responsible for driving from location to location and performing the following task:
Verifying that customers have paid for parking.
Enforcing time limits within posted areas.
Ensuring customers are obeying all relevant parking rules.
Issuing fee notices where appropriate.
Answering all pertinent questions related to the parking facility itself or the surrounding area.
Maintaining the appearance of the LPR vehicle at all times to present a professional image.
Following up and requesting any signage clarifications and/or potential customer service issues.
Other office duties as required
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Manual Transmission (a plus)
Valid Driver's license Required
Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Background Check Required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to walk, stand for up to 10 hours
Able to bend, crouch, reach
Able to use stairs when required
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
COMPENSATION:
$16.44 per hour
BENEFITS/SCHEDULE:
Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Shift times may vary. (Opportunity to pick up more shifts if interested)
