Global Mobility/Deployment Coordinator (Finance)
Summary:
The Global Mobility/Deployment Coordinator provides administrative support for the smooth integration of personnel through each phase of the deployment process to prepare them for their overseas assignment that include scheduling of pre-deployment training, communicating requirements for medical, dental and vision exams prior to departure at assigned deployment center, and assisting personnel through the deployment process
Essential Job Functions: (not limited to duties as described - performs related duties as requested)
Bachelor Degree or 5 years equivalent experience monitoring, coordinating, and tracking Passports, Visa, Host Country Clearance, etc. in support of expatriates deployment to live and work in a foreign country.
