Lead Associate - Marketing and Digital Support (Project Management)
Duties and Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
- Proactive outreach calls to candidates
- Work with District Managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
- Regular follow up with the respective District Managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict future activity
- Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects
- Execution on all phases of the recruiting process outlined by District Manager
-Ability to communicate with all levels within organization including executive management and headquarters personnel.
- Detail oriented with ability to make decisions quickly.
- Microsoft office skills at intermediate level or higher
- Strong team and communications skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Extremely detailed oriented at managing multiple events, coordinating schedules
