UNCOMN is seeking a Business Analyst Planner to:
·Able to recognize Business Process and Organizational issues and opportunities
·Able to make basic to moderate Business Process and Organizational improvement recommendations
·Self-motivated, with some experienced working in a self-directed way in an ambiguous business environment
·Experience working directly with business stakeholders
·Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations and presentations
·Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and be a team player when scope and direction is unclear and/or priorities are frequently changing
·Experienced in communicating with and presenting to manager, senior manager and director level individuals
·Can speak with authority and confidence about a system or process areas and has worked cooperatively with management before to identify solutions to complex problems
·Able to lead simple to moderate complexity sessions to analyze, diagnose, and resolve unpredictable and varied problems using a variety of methods and tools
·Prepare file reports and brief team with regard to supply chain and logistic summaries
·Lead the root cause analysis and resolution for complex problems
·Effectively and efficiently use all applications in the Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Access and Share Point) to create and deliver documents
·Lead change control and scope management efforts
·Successfully identify, address, manage and escalate risks and issues within a project
