Job Description
The Life Operations Specialist will deliver superior customer service to internal and externals customers, such as policy owners, producers, and distribution partners. Provide an enhanced service experience by focusing on our customers needs and desires while processing an array of financial and non-financial requests. Role will require engagement and collaboration across teams to quickly and accurately process customer requests based on their specific needs.
