LinQuest is seeking a Business Development/Capture Manager to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This candidate should be a self-starter with a strong track record of success in capture management, to include customer relationship management, win strategy development, and proposal development. The Business Development/Capture Manager will report to the Business Capture lead and will support capture and proposal efforts across the company, with a focus on Huntsville customer markets (MDA, DEVCOM, RCCTO, etc.). The Business Development/Capture Manager will assist in expanding our customer pipeline of new business from identification to shaping through capture and proposal. Primary office location in the Huntsville, Alabama with support to other geographic locations as needed.
