Administrative Duties and Responsibilities forPitney Bowes
The main project and support resourcefor all Pitney Bowes US locations. Oversee Pitney Bowes field sites access controlsystems, CCTV systems, intrusion systems and coordinate installation/repairs
Provide security budgets for corporatereal estate and field business units
Design security systems per PitneyBowes security standards for field sites when requested
Perform all remote primarytroubleshooting for field site service calls before engaging security fieldvendor to reduce cost
Perform all integrated systemsprogramming in house to reduce system administrative cost from outside securityvendors
Perform administrative manufacturescheduled tasks to support the US access control server
Act as conduit for all Pitney Bowesnetwork related issues in regards to security systems
Act as the conduit to the securityfield vendor for all bidding, installation, testing and repair of all securityand surveillance equipment/systems within US
Review of all bids for accuracy andcost savings measures
Perform security system A/P tasks forfield offices and CT when needed
Create and coordinate the deploymentof access control credentials for PB employees
Perform all equipment RA's to handle CTrepairs directly with manufacture to reduce cost
Purchase all equipment used forservice, installations in CT when possible to reduce costs
Provide training of local CT Alliedsecurity staff on use of the CT based systems when needed
