ARTAZN - Maintenance Indirect - Millwright Mechanic (Maintenance)
The millwright will provide the required skills and tools to perform services for the entire facility, including the maintenance and repair of utilities, equipment, buildings, and grounds.
40% The ability to read detailed drawings and specifications for building and industrial equipment. Disassembles and assembles for repairs of all types of equipment and machinery, using hand tools, tradesman's tools, and welding equipment
25% Responsibilities include installation of plumbing for gas, water, steam, and hydraulic lines.
20% Performs preventive maintenance on machines and equipment and fills out required forms and reports.
15% Operates machine and hand tools to grind, shape, fabricate, and alter equipment parts. Welds, brazes, and machines parts, metals, and equipment. Installs and relocates equipment as required also performs other associated duties as directed by supervisor.
EmEmergency Responder, the responder will be asked to repair malfunctions to the coinage chlorine system. This task will normally be initiated after the Primary Emergency Responders have shut the system down and ensured that the chlorine levels negate the need for respiratory protection. However, there may be those occasions where Secondary Emergency Responders may be asked to fulfill Primary Responder Duties.

Knowledge
This position requires a High School diploma and
Experience
Three to five years' experience in the industrial maintenance areas of hydraulics, pneumatics, millwright principles, pipe fitting and blueprint reading.
Skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules/programs, schematics, prints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
REASONING ABILITY: The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form and use a systematic approach in troubleshooting and solving problems
