Senior Accountant (Project Management)
Summary:
Support growing organization by assisting with Mergers and Acquisition activity: on-boarding new companies purchased from an accounting and system set up standpoint. Responsibilities include planning, Due Diligence, working with sellers, working with employees who come to Pace as part of the transaction, setting up the business after the transaction, maintaining compliance with transaction contract, and performing all reserve and earn-out calculations. Utilize accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensure appropriate accounting control procedures and maintain accurate financial records of the company, including but not limited to: revenue recognition, and general accounting. Ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
