TKIS responsible for project change control functions related to U.S. based EPC projects, as part of our Project Controls team
Actively support successful project execution and completion, within the parameters of time, budget, and quality - and in all project phases
Alignment with Project Management regarding project specific strategies for effective change man-agement
Interface with all project team members, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commercial - with adherence to change management procedures
Continuous analysis, update and reporting of project deviations from contractual provisions and approved project scope
Ensure all changes are reviewed with appropriate approvals, aligning with Schedule and Cost Con-trol, to support Project Controls reporting and analysis
Home office role, based in Denver - with some travel to field sites, as required Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation of change management procedures to support the Project Execu-tion Plan
Interface frequently with the Project Estimator, Scheduler, and Cost Controller regarding all project changes
Review and understand project estimate, project deliverables, and budget, in respect to the WBS
Understand scope and contractual terms & conditions for a particular project
Understand the performance tracking system and status of deliverables as it relates to change
Analyze and process internal and external project changes, following the change management pro-cedure - including identifying cost and schedule impacts
Gather and maintain project change documentation, facilitating appropriate approvals
Maintain and update the project change log, tracking both internal and external cost and schedule deviations
Communicate appropriate TKIS subcontractor requirements for change management
Review and analyze subcontractor change requests and change orders
Review and analyze client change orders
Analyze risks, with supporting analysis of contingency
Implement construction change control requirements and align with construction staff regarding change management
Provide continuous improvement to identify cost effective methods and strategies to manage change effectively
Coordinate external changes with Claims Manager, as required
Assist in dispute resolution, or negotiations with clients, partners, and subcontractors - as required
Your profile
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management Required Technical Knowledge:
Software skills required: MS Excel, scheduling software
