Quality Engineering Intern (Finance)
As a key member of the Quality Assurance Engineering team within Bose Professional you will contribute to the promise we make to our customers. You will partner with the Professional Systems Division, providing your expertise in design and process quality to drive sound engineering decisions.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing Advanced Product Quality Plan deliverables and ensuring linkage to the division's New Product Development Process. As a member of the project team, you will lead the development and execution of Quality Plans as a critical element of the program.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Engage early and lead risk assessment & mitigation activities
• Lead development of the Quality Plan
• Drive Product Audit strategy & execution
• Lead CAPA project efforts
• Ensure pre-SOP readiness for new products
• Lead projects focused on the continuous improvement of existing processes and products
Must have the following skills, ability and knowledge:
• Systems thinker, able to handle complex tasks and assignments
• Strong program management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead team initiatives
• Structured approach to problem solving
• Attention to detail and results oriented
Basic Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a BS in an Engineering discipline
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of professional audio systems including portable PA, installed business music systems, and large venue sound reinforcement systems
• Working knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA tools
• Working knowledge of 8D Problem Solving, SPC, DfSS and Lean Principles
• Experience with Windchill, SAP and related databases
• Six Sigma training
