Our Loan Servicing Department is looking for a detail oriented, analytical and customer service focused Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist III.
As a Loan Servicing Specialist III, you will ensure the timely and accurate boarding of mortgage loans to the core operating system. Processes mortgage loan modifications and construction loan rollovers while ensuring all mortgage loans have the appropriate insurance coverage. Part of your day will also be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, following up on customer correspondence and phone inquiries
