Security Manager (Security)

AGS safeguards some of the most demanding missions facing key federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Air Force.
The Security Manager (SM) has overall responsibility and authority for the successful performance of all aspects of the task order subcontract, including the management, scope requirements, customer relations, labor relations, employee relations, employee safety & health, and vendor management. He/she is responsible for implementing any programs or process improvements to continuously enhance the services provided for any of the subcontract aspects. The SM is the dedicated management administrator for all AGS subcontractor-provided support services and ensures the flow of operations between all subcontractor-staffed positions. Works cooperatively with the company leadership to develop and attain the goals and objectives of the subcontract within the scope and policy defined by the prime contractor and client agency and according to the policy direction of the company. Has budgetary responsibility for all contract costs and is accountable for meeting all financial objectives. The SM reports to the AGS Director of Operations.
· Is regularly present during shift changes to provide leadership visibility, interact with guards, do uniform inspections and validate that all posts are covered.
· Ensures all daily / Weekly / Monthly deliverables are completed timely and documented properly.
