To help Seacoast Bank take another step toward the future we are seeking a Sales Performance and Incentives Manager to drive all variable compensation initiatives. This includes new incentive strategies, structures, commission plans etc. The Sales Performance and Incentives manager will be expected to seek, understand, and implementing best practices while partnering with Line of Business partners to implement new strategies to drive business results. This person will have considerable influence and ownership over the ongoing variable compensation programs that will assist in the forecasting and goal setting activities annually at Seacoast Bank.
