JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
The knowledge, skills, and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of NATA certification as an A.T.C. Licensed in Indiana. Current CPR and first-aid certification is required. Up to 1 year experience is required. Previous experience providing athletic training services to student athletes participating in contact sports is required.
Knowledge & Skills
Demonstrates knowledge of and competency in preventing, examining, and treating athletes' injuries.
Demonstrates analytical ability necessary to appropriately assess the injured or ill athlete's condition and to respond accordingly.
Demonstrates good interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals in various situations.
Requires ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated.
Working Conditions
Works in a hospital office and patient care environment.

Requires the physical ability and stamina to perform the essential functions of the position.
