Business Development Representative (Project Management)
HPE Nimble Storage is seeking office based sales people for the Cloud Data Services team. As a member of this team, you provide expertize in uncovering cloud opportunities in existing and new HPE accounts via phone, email, web conference and occasionally in person.
This position will be central to HPE Nimble Storage's successful continued growth in the Cloud Storage market and require self-motivated and confident sales people used to hunting and farming sales methodologies.

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for engaging with a large number of HPE's customer base as well as competitive accounts to understand their cloud strategy and helping to shape that by positioning HPE's Cloud Data Services.
As a critical member of the team you will also be expected to identify areas of opportunity for upsell, cross-sell and partnership to build better outcomes for customers and greater revenue for HPE Nimble Storage. This role will rely on collaboration across HPE's sales and technical resources to progress sales opportunities and to achieve desired win rates, with this role being central to coordinating that effort.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, business or related field of study an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
• 5+ years of work experience in B2B sales role
• Extensive team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, ability to mentor and lead initiatives to achieve results for complex solutions and competitive accounts
• Skills in solution building, engaging on multiple simultaneous customer projects and managing pipeline
• Business acumen to be able to convert technology features to customer benefits
• Excellent phone, written and presentation skills
• Ability to quickly self-learn and tailor value propositions to different audiences
• Technical understanding and market knowledge of data protection or cloud an advantage
