Staff Scientist (Biotech)
The Advanced Instrumentation for Research (AIR) division is seeking an instrumentation physicist interested in contributing to the technical development of a broad range of projects in Particle Physics, Astrophysics and Cosmology, and Photon Science. Tasks include developing a broad understanding of project needs and working on their implementation, often acting as a well-informed interface between physicists and engineers. Examples include developing performance requirements and testing programs for state of the art electronics for DUNE, LSST, nEXO or sCDMS. This person will be quite involved in their projects and usually a member of the collaboration.

Note: The Staff Scientist level is a regular-continuing position and requires a review and evaluation of documented scientific achievements.
