Business Analyst-CHWB (Remote, North Carolina Based) (Information Technology)
This Business Analyst-CHWB position will support the design, development, implementation and support of priority data, reporting needs, and enhanced dashboard analytics for the Community Health & Well-Being (CHWB) Department. This position will primarily concentrate on community health data sets as related to social drivers of health, housing, criminal justice, and other priority population health focus areas. This position also conducts quality assurance testing related to IT reporting, data integrity, and analyses and serves as a liaison between CHWB, Business Owners, and IT to coordinate data collection and report development efforts.
This position is full-time remote. Selected candidate must reside in North Carolina and available to travel for onsite meetings to the Home office (Morrisville, NC), as required.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, public health, human services/healthcare, or related field and (2) two years of experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods, research design, program evaluation, and testing of applications or reports and dashboards.
Prior experience working with community health and population health data sets is required.
Preferred:
Prior experience with epidemiological research methods preferred. Prior experience in working with Medicaid health plans preferred. Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®) credential preferred. Any certification or course work related to epidemiological research methods preferred.

Salary Range
$66,240 -$86,112/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
