Corporate Content Marketing Leader (Finance)



The Vice President, Corporate Content Marketing at Equifax contributes to the company's online and offline presence, providing program strategy and hands-on editorial leadership and creation of corporate marketing content, including website content, and social marketing content. The Vice President, Corporate Content Marketing creates and executes against a holistic vision for the company's overall content program - amplifying the outcomes of our business transformation, aligning materials to our EFX2027 Strategic Priorities, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the needs of consumers, customers and partners. Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, the Vice President, Corporate Content Marketing is an experienced content storyteller who partners closely with marketing leaders across the organization to develop long-term content roadmaps and creative messaging campaigns that consistently meet brand standards and help advance the Equifax Brand story.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, or from our state-of-the-art global Headquarters located in Midtown. (This is NOT a fully remote role.)

What You'll Do:

  • Lead an in-house team of content and social marketers, overseeing projects with outsourced vendor support as required.
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy and cohesive editorial plan to support broader awareness of the outcomes of the more than $1.5B Equifax Cloud™ transformation.
  • Develop and deploy enterprise messaging and collateral that can be utilized by Business Unit Marketers as well as sales activation tool kits.
  • Manage Global Insight Reports and identify opportunities for new insight reports that Only Equifax can deliver.
  • Take a hands-on role in the oversight and creation of materials including eBooks, whitepapers, website copy, videos, infographics, social media, etc. for external use, reporting on the operational performance and metrics of the materials created.
  • Manage the internal Equifax video production team.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team on content creation, publication and continuous optimization.
  • Manage all content plans to Equifax Brand requirements.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing team on Enterprise Corporate Material optimization
  • Build trusted relationships with leadership across the organization (e.g., Data & Analytics, Product) and with the broader global Marketing and Communications teams.

What Experience You Need:
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate and/or agency marketing, brand, social, content, and/or digital content development and strategy team
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven ability to set and execute against long-term plans.
  • Strong personal curiosity for technology and the ability to make technical content accessible to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to navigate a global corporate environment and manage collaborative, cross-cultural communications with internal stakeholders.

What Could Set You Apart:
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed technology or financial services organization, or management experience in an agency with a focus on technology and/or financial services is highly preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Previous experience in technology, financial services, credit reporting and/or government policy.
  • Employee social advocacy program experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Wrike, Sprout Social, and/or Google Workspace.
