Sotheby's International Realty is searching for an experienced Part-time Marketing Coordinator for it's Sonoma, CA branch offices. Schedule is half-days Monday through Friday, 20 hours per week.
The Marketing Coordinator is a highly interactive and personable marketing professional, responsible for providing advertising and marketing support on a one-on-one basis to real estate sales agents. This individual assists the growth and success of sales associates by facilitating agent on-boarding and integration into the company, driving agent business building and marketing by assisting the agents with their personal marketing plans, personal branding, social media and online presence, providing education and training on internal and external tools, and supporting general office marketing. Must display a positive attitude and seek to provide or identify solutions to help create and preserve an office environment that is cooperative and energized.
Responsibilities Include:
Marketing support for agent print and digital marketing
Gather images and copy; design and build marketing materials including print ads, digital content, brochures, presentations and other projects while following company templates and branding guidelines. Work with agents and other stakeholders to proof and edit materials, and submit on deadline
Provide daily practical support to agents
Contribute to the company's social media platforms
Help agents use and customize various marketing materials. Stay familiar with company and brand intranet systems and encourage agents to leverage them.
Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions to inform agents about new or underutilized programs
Act as liaison between Marketing Dept. and field, supporting the managers/OAs with questions/issues and provide direction as to where to find tools, materials, etc. through company intranet
Complete other duties as assigned to support the operation of the office
Qualifications for this position include:
4-year degree in marketing-related field or equivalent experience
Prior real estate experience preferred but not required
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in the use of social media
Ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team environment
Able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality
An eye for detail/proofing, copyediting, design, and an understanding of branding
Customer service orientation – strong training and support skills
