Cage Cashier & Caesars Rewards Representative (The LINQ Hotel) (Finance)
The cage cashier is responsible for protecting company assets, adhering to company and departmental policies/procedures to include gaming regulations. Adhere to and practice customer service standards. Accurately handles customer exchanges for chips/cash equivalents for cash, cash checks within established procedures, exchange foreign currency, and all other associated cage functions. Assists customers in establishing credit lines, communicate with appropriate personnel concerning customer credit information. Handles pit fill/credits with ease, and cooperates with team members within the department, as well as with other departments. High school graduate or equivalent with computer experience necessary for data entry. Organizational abilities necessary for completion of tasks in timely manner. Excellent customer service skills essential in dealing with personnel and customer base. Emphasis on well-groomed appearance to ensure and promote positive image.
