Dispatcher/Warehouse Associate (Information Technology)
Overhead Door Company of Northeast Kansas™ a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Dispatcher/Warehouse Associate to work in our Entry Door System Department who will effectively coordinate field employees to provide service to the customer's satisfaction as well work in the warehouse as needed. Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule technicians to customer job sites
- Continually ensure technicians' schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and that open job tickets are in correct technicians' schedules for materials ordered, billing and voided tickets
- Provide accurate work orders and picking lists in the warehouse for inventory pulling and checking
- Loading and unloading products in the warehouse
- Work with service quotes
- Ordering inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
- Must be able to lift 75 LBS
- Proven ability to implement process improvements
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills with mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to effectively communicate and represent the company in a professional manner
