About the Role- We are seeking an Industrial Plant Analyst/Controller to join our team. This role is responsible for financial oversight, cost analysis, and performance monitoring within the manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and financial compliance while providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities -
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Oversee and manage plant-level financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor and analyze production costs, material usage, and labor expenses to identify variances and cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and track key financial and operational KPIs to support business decisions.
Cost Control & Efficiency Improvement:
Conduct cost-benefit analysis on plant projects and process improvements.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or production efficiency.
Work closely with plant management to improve operational performance and reduce waste.
Accounting & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including inventory valuation and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of plant expenditures and capital investments.
Operational Support & Business Partnering:
Collaborate with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to optimize financial performance.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to plant leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Participate in audits and compliance checks as needed.
