Risk Management Clerk (Legal)

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Process levies and subpoenas and provide administrative support to the Risk Management Department. Utilize independent judgment and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. Comply with applicable laws and regulations. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Credit Union staff and management to obtain optimum utilization of and benefit the investigative function. Support the Director, Risk Management, as needed.

Financial institution experience preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team. Communication skills including written, oral, and presentation skills are required. Must be able to perform complex analysis and produce professional documentation with recommendations. A strong bias for action is essential.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages, draw and interpret graphs, and accurately extrapolate probable outcomes from sampled data.
