C&I Application Support Specialist (CRM) (Finance)
This is an exciting opportunity to provide professional 2nd Level Operations Support (BAU) for Data Management, RPA, Data Analytics, Payments and SDP (Kafka streaming) Applications in a critical environment. Opportunity to work within a small team and weekend on-call duty support. Chance to work & liaise with 3rd Level Support / Development teams, Vendors and associated UNIX, Windows, Database and others as appropriate. Investigation and resolution of incoming issues (incidents, service requests according to ITIL-based Incident Management process).
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support is a vital function within the bank. The GOT (Operations IT) production support team provides effective structured technical support for multiple back office applications. We are accountable for problem solving and root cause analysis for production issues. Support works closely with the application users, third party vendors, infrastructure teams, and other Credit Suisse groups to provide an efficient level of support. The role will provide a long term career path within the organization and increased future responsibilities.
