Advanced Hardware Engineer (Finance)
In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge hardware solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers, contributing to Honeywell's position as a global technology leader.
You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ (Deer Valley) location on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and development of advanced human-machine interface hardware for Avionics applications.
- Drive execution of qualification and verification testing.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and integration of hardware solutions.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 6+ years of experience in electronic hardware design, development, and debug.
- Strong knowledge of Qualification Testing for airborne hardware.
- Experience with Honeywell's configuration management tools (e.g., Team Center).

- FPGA firmware development experience.
