Sales Operations Project Manager (Sales)

Individual with extensive SFDC administrative experience (certification preferred but not required) coupled with solid business acumen that will allow them to interact extensively with the Technology and Sales team as the SFDC business laison as well as other Sales tools i.e. Outreach, Value Selling, LinkedIn, Zoom. The individual will also need demonstrated project management skills while having the ability to review, analyze and re-engineer existing processes.
Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary
Support internal team with client projects, product development, and application deployments. Ability to do internal org configurations such as, creating objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, page layouts, creating apps
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document enhancement requirements/business process improvements
Assists in owning the roadmap and responsible for prioritization of activities to meet overall Sales needs.
Work with the business to understand their needs and identify/design solutions using the best mix of D&B technology and new products.
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the technology partners
Education/Experience and Competencies
Certified SFDC Administrator, helpful but not required
Undergraduate college degree required
3 -5 years experience
