KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT LEAD
The Knowledge Management Lead will be responsible for aggregating, managing and maintaining centralized People Experience (Human Resources) information and associated content. You will serve as a resource for finding and publishing information across the organization to enable sharing, learning, and training. You are a connector that will resolve requests from those looking for help from those who can provide the right insights and information.
As a Knowledge Management Lead, you will own the content management strategy for the People Experience (PE) organization. This responsibility includes developing, auditing, and maintaining high quality content for the PE organization as well as the knowledge base used to assist EA employees with PE questions. This is a highly collaborative role that will partner with our global content creators on their information roadmaps to ensure we are evolving and improving these experiences. You will work closely with IT and our Learning, Engagement & Performance team to develop the tools and requirements necessary to have robust resources for sharing, connecting and learning.
This role will be primarily focused on helping People Experience learn and grow by tapping into the collective knowledge of the organization. By collecting and sharing information across the organization, teams will be able to increase efficiency and speed allowing us to scale for the future as well as improve the way we onboard employees into the PE team.
