Deposit Operations Representative (Project Management)
Accurately review, maintain, process, and balance a variety of reports and duties related to Member's accounts. Maintain department records and process incoming requests for account research from Member, team members, mail, and government agencies. Process all deceased accounts and online account origination. Provide exceptional service to Members and internal customers over the phone and in writing. Accurately review accounts and documents received to clearly relay information. Maintain, process a variety of reports and duties related to Member's accounts. Look for inefficiencies and help find ways to work more efficiently. Possess knowledge in multiple areas within Deposit Operations.
Work Schedule:
Working approximately 40 hours per week, typically 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Required Experience and/or Education:
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• Previous Member service experience with a genuine interest in providing world class Member support.
• Have a working knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Analytical and critical thinking skills sufficient to make decisions regarding daily work that is complex in nature
• Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision
• Ability to produce accurate and high-quality materials, data entry, and transactions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills that demonstrate working with multiple systems simultaneously to research appropriate resolutions.
• Function in a high volume environment and within time constraints to meet deadlines
• Communicate and live Royal Credit Union's core purpose, values and organizational culture daily
Preferred Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a business related field.
• Knowledge of Royal Credit Union and its services
• Previous experience working in a financial institution
