Associate Manager, Global Brand Marketing - Hoka (Finance)
Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, sales reps, and staff. Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with Creative Marketing, Global Brand Communications, Regions, Central
Marketing, Product Marketing and DTC teams to ensure all are aligned with marketing
objectives, messaging and brand strategies
• Project manage a variety of global marketing activations ensuring on-time and within budget
execution of key go-to-market activations and the accompanying stories and assets to support
them across all global channels.
• Manage contact with all global regions, ensuring all campaign decks, campaign assets, and
other deliverables are provided to global teams on time for them to launch in their markets.
• Create 360 campaign decks- partner with all departments to ensure visibility of relevant plans
for feedback, then provide these decks to global regions to align with.
• Analyze our internal customer data and consumer research data and work closely with teams
to translate those insights into building business strategies with the Brand Marketing Team.
• Global POP Asset Creation- collected all global orders and aided in selecting a production
vendor.
• Aid in developing brand strategy and story-telling initiatives collaboratively and ensure
alignment with global brand partners to launch key marketing campaigns across wholesale
and DTC partners.
• Assist with managing product collaborations with like-minded brands that align to the brands
initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the required qualifications and individual needs in

Education/Experience:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing or related Discipline, MBA preferred
- 5+ years of Marketing experience
- Digital, eComm, CRM, or other data-driven marketing experience preferred
- Experience and comfort with B2B Marketing Platforms
- New product innovations/launch experience preferred
- Performance Running industry experience preferred
- Passion and interest in an active lifestyle is a plus
