JOB SUMMARY:
Supports the Business Unit and associated P&L objectives with a focus on planning and execution of the five year strategic and operating plans. Works to ensure alignment and interlock cross-division and cross-function on key commitments as defined in the strategic and operating plans. Ensures that key Business Unit processes and respective interfaces, either within division or cross-functionally, are uniformly defined, implemented and measured. Supports the governance practices of the respective Business Unit processes and facilitates cross-division and/or cross-function decision management mechanisms to ensure alignment and adoption. This role works cross-functionally to ensure alignment of Business Unit objectives and deliverables from strategic and operations planning, capacity planning, forecasting and acquisition integration. For process or system changes driven by functions outside the Business Unit, either within the division or cross-functionally, this role provides a coordination point to define and implement process or system changes across the division and to implement or adjust key metrics accordingly. Supports Operations Review cadence, monitoring scorecards and agreed to remediation plans. Supports adoption of and adherence to CMO, Corporate IT & Infrastructure business processes, systems and metrics. Serves as a key partner to FP&A with responsibility to develop insight into the financial plan that allows for the Business Unit to participate in cross-division and cross-functional operational planning. Supports definition and management of framework that translates operational practices to financial metrics for the Business Unit.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Understand, Adhere and Enforce all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
Coordinates and aligns Operational activities with the Business Unit and cross-division and cross-functionally as needed in support of the Business Unit strategic and operating plans.
Ensures appropriate plans are in place to establish, meet and exceed the strategic objectives of the Business Unit as outlined in the operating plan.
Manages transformation, acquisition integration and other strategic initiatives for the Business Unit as required to support ACI's short- and long-term plans.
Improves the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the Business Unit's mission, specifically, supporting better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning within the Business Unit, and cross-division and cross-functionally as required by the Business Unit
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
10 years experience in process management, process metrics, and project/program/portfolio management.
Leadership experience required.
Financial experience required.
Reporting and dashboard experience required.
Salesforce.com and Marketo experience preferred.
