Senior Analyst Growth Planning and Operations (Finance)
General Summary:
The Growth Planning and Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for the development and improvement of KPI reporting and analytical support that delivers key insights on trends and data relationships for business planning primarily in Sales and Marketing. This role will develop ad hoc data models and analytics, adapt quickly to business needs, and proactively assess and deploy new concepts. In partnerships across departments the Senior Analyst will utilize strong analytical skills and data management experience to juggle multiple business objectives within each functional area. Developing analytical models and reports/dashboards this position identifies, analyzes, and summarizes key data to better understand data structures and relationships.
Essential Duties:
Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis related to enrollment, revenue and pipeline trends, key metrics and KPIs, and support of ad hoc strategic analysis
Develop and maintain data models to support providing regular insights to support Growth Team performance
Assist with yearly and periodic sales planning activities, including collecting and cleansing/enriching current accounts and prospect data, identifying account potential across segments and territories, and developing a planning model to assist with territory mapping and capacity planning
Collaborate cross-functionally within the Growth Planning and Operations, Business Intelligence, Finance, Sales and Marketing organizations to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes
Identify opportunities to improve business processes; generate business requirements documents and work cross-functionally to define and deliver process improvements
Partner with Marketing and Sales management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope
Identify and recommend process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function, particularly related to sales performance and behavior
Engage in ad-hoc projects, month-end close activities, and reconciliations as needed
Act as a “super user” to provide support for sales systems and data, especially Salesforce.com
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Marketing leaders of all levels

Attention to detail and accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment
Deep knowledge of sales performance metrics
Experience with data visualization programs, Tableau, Chartio, Power BI, etc.
Proficient in manipulating data including statistical analysis and advanced math calculations
Salesforce experience or certification

Education/Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical roles in Finance or Sales Operations
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM software
Expert Excel skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Analytics or equivalent job-related experience.

Occasional travel may be required (up to 5%)
