This is a full time position. Our full-time employees are scheduled to work at least forty (40) hours per calendar week.
All new employees will attend an on site 2 week training: 100% Attendance is required. Training will last for approximately ten (10) days. Approximately five (5) days will be spent in the classroom, and the additional five (5) days will be spent on the floor in the call center training on the job.
Typical Work Hours: Assigned various shifts. Center hours are Monday - Saturday from 7:00 a.m - 10:00 p.m and Sunday from 8:00 a.m - 9:00 p.m You must be available to work any shift during that time frame with flexibility to work weekends.
