  • Bachelor's degree on Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering and / or 5 years of experience in related field that ensures experience, including certificates or training as applicable.

Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Have a good attitude and initiative to carry out the activities of the post.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge about CNC, EDM, Injection presses and Gate Removal Machines is desired.

Experience

This position requires a minimum of three to five years of related work experience

  • Ensure engagement on the critical equipment troubleshooting by participating on the daily management discussions
  • Ensure initiate the shift according to the operation needs and time and provide overlapping to second shift when required by the maintenance manager to ensure the information about troubleshooting is properly communicated to off shifts. Including daily hand off project to ensure continual completion efficiency.
  • Use the accountability board to document, follow up and communicate critical action items related to the equipment under troubleshooting or diagnosis.
  • Helps the maintenance manager by embracing the daily management tools and follow up on actions assigned to the position on a passionate and urgency manner.
  • Provide support and guidance to maintenance crew on resolving issues
  • Participates in plant safety inspections as required. Including priority safety meeting and supporting supplies when needed.
  • Promotes HP tools and language across the team and external department partners.
  • Oversees repairs of breakdowns till resolution and delivers an effective diagnoses and plan to repair.
  • Works with outside contractors as needed for a quick resolution and diagnosis
  • Ensure requisitions get approved and become PO to support operation needs in a passionate manner
  • Participates in production equipment moves and rearrangements as required by Maintenance Manager.
  • Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment.
