Key Account Representative (Maintenance)
Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service. Works closely with sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management, and shipment. Maintains a specific territory of key accounts. Customer Service Rep III oversees orders from start to finish, anticipates problems, and troubleshoots accordingly.Builds and maintains a business relationship with cross-functional departments and dealers by providing prompt and accurate customer service. Represents the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.
