Your Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Manufacturing and Quality IT team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our products meet user expectations and deliver maximum value. This position offers significant growth opportunities within a transforming product organization.
Your Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional product team members (design, engineering, product management) to solve valuable problems for both customers and the business.
Use discovery approaches to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and market trends.
Maintain and refine a prioritized product backlog, ensuring clear understanding across delivery teams.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to capture feedback that informs product decisions.
Support quality assurance by defining acceptance criteria, participating in user acceptance testing, and validating delivered products.
Communicate updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders while managing expectations.
Focus on Manufacturing and Quality systems, specifically in Engineering, Maintenance, and Product Serialization, with an emphasis on deploying and supporting off-the-shelf systems that enable Global Engineering and Operational Excellence.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience working on technology-powered products (e.g., product manager, designer, engineer, analyst, researcher).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications):
Proven experience in Process Automation or Operations Technology.
Experience deploying product serialization systems.
Demonstrated use of modern product discovery approaches.
Ability to determine solutions to complex problems with sound judgment and data-informed decision making.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a passion for understanding user needs and delivering high-quality products.
