The POS Business Analyst will assist product management with gathering, analyzing and prioritizing product requirements to fill customer needs. The POS BA will interface with customers, internal departments and POS vendors to track and manage customer issues and requirements, driving faster delivery of solutions that meet customer needs. Success in this role will help drive sales, customer product acceptance, minimize product support burdens and increase customer satisfaction.

Who You'll Work With
You will report to Product Management while working directly with other product managers, product support, implementation and development. You will also interact regularly with CBORD customers, CBORD partners and vendors.
