Law Enforcement Emergency Management Specialist (Finance)
Federal Reserve Tenth District Law Enforcement Department is seeking an experienced emergency preparedness specialist for a 24/7 critical infrastructure law enforcement unit. Incumbent performs a variety of duties by planning, training, analyzing, and developing emergency preparedness and response functions. This role serves as a liaison to internal Bank business lines and to local, state, and federal agencies to develop, implement, manage, and continually improve emergency preparedness. Develops and implements emergency services programs, plans, and training activities within the Tenth Federal Reserve District to include active threat and new employee orientation training. Assists management team during emergencies. Ensures a functional Federal Reserve Law Enforcement approach to emergency preparedness and response throughout the seven state region. Requires performing duties in emergency or crisis circumstances without being relieved for extended periods of times. May require working extended hours, working on weekends and holidays, and occasional unplanned/unscheduled overtime. Must successfully complete entry level and continuing (in-service) law enforcement department specific training and Federal Reserve Bank required training (e.g. ethics, information security, etc.) within required time frames. Travel throughout the Tenth Federal Reserve District for familiarization and liaison activities will be required up to 25% of the time.
