Medline's Graduate Internship Program offers Master's-level students a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully while developing the analytical and leadership skills needed to grow their careers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This 10 week summer internship is designed to embed professionals within one of our high-impact functions—Product Management, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or Finance—and tasked with analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations that influence key business decisions. Interns will gain exposure to senior leaders, participate in professional development sessions, and build lasting connections through curated networking opportunities.

Internship Responsibilities:
Intern responsibilities will vary based on functional placement, but typical responsibilities include:
Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, insights, or opportunities for business improvement
Conduct competitive benchmarking or market research to inform internal strategy and drive business decision-making
Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts
Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems
Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (MBA, M.S., etc.)
3+ years of professional business experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience
Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$46.25 - $69.50 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
