Digital Experience Lead - Consumer (Finance)
As the Digital Experience Lead - Consumer, you will be responsible for operational and marketing excellence for our consumer websites in support of the company's digital initiatives driving the successful transition and transformation of Resideo from Honeywell into an innovative industry leading, "Customer First" connected home IoT products and services company.
The Digital Experience Lead manages digital and marketing operations providing effective execution for an assigned set of websites with the Consumer being the focus. The role is accountable for the strategy and execution of a marketing calendar for assigned campaigns, monthly development roadmap, operational process optimization and procedures, metric reporting and financial analysis. Cross functional collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, Analytics and Partner Agency teams will be required to ensure your effective leadership and success in this role.
The role will be based in Golden Valley, MN. The position requires some travel: 10% - 20%.
Job Duties:
2. Oversees the deployment of campaigns on the campaign calendar and manages the calendar for assigned campaigns.
3. Partners with key internal partners in the execution of all campaigns (e.g. Brand Marketing, UX, Customer Care, Digital Performance, Digital Content, Revenue Management, Email, etc.).
4. Works with the Content team to obtain necessary creative approvals and finalize the creative
