Job Summary:
A key member of the Marketing team and primary functional support for the Director of Marketing. Instrumental in developing and executing creative for all marketing programs to achieve sales targets, while promoting, protecting, and enhancing our brand promise with our key behavioral segments.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Working directly with the Director of Marketing to support the key marketing activities:
· Collaborate with the U.S. Commercial Sales Director to develop strategic partnership activities and execute the implementation plans aligned with Paragon's Strategic Marketing Framework.
· Develop strategic marketing plans targeted to our key audiences alongside other company executives.
· Plan and manage company's digital marketing program – with a focus on our eye care professional digital marketing program.
· Team up with our graphic design team to concept and develop marketing resources and programs.
· Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based upon analysis and feedback.
· Ensure branding standards and messaging are maintained and consistent.
· Measure initiative profitability, ROI, and other key performance metrics.
· Support the planning and development of creative for company conferences, trade shows and major events.
· Coordination of print activity through our internal print shop.
· As business needs dictate, works extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include mandatory overtime.

Travel:
Domestic travel will be required 10% of the time.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven creative and art direction experience.
• Impeccable grammar, language, and proofreading ability.
• Ability to conceptualize and take ideas from concept to completion – including through the production process.
• Successfully interacts with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and working knowledge of Excel.
• Confident use of PowerPoint and verbal presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of main digital marketing platforms (i.e. SEO, PPC, etc.).
• Comfortable with a faced paced work atmosphere and ability to quickly adapt to change.
Work Environment:
• Normal office environment, some travel required.
Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing management role.
• Experience in the vision industry a plus.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Master's degree a plus.
