Sales Program Manager - Can be virtual (Sales)
PURPOSE:
The Sales Program Manager position is responsible for the successful management and usability of the Sunquest RFP Knowledgebase Library. This role supports large-scale, complex proposals, RFPs, RFIs and strategic sales solutions. Key focus will be on providing and managing high-quality deal-specific sales content, through expectation management, proactive communication, and close resolution of issues/risks. This individual will lead projects collaborating with teams of subject matter experts including Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Development, Solution Adoption, Client Experience and Commercial Operations.
The role also supports collaboration across the functional units of the organization on complex customized client assessments, solution recommendations, proposals and demonstrations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Some travel may be required. Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards; substantial time is spent working on a computer.
