Electronics Technician (616159) (Maintenance)
Primary responsibility is to repair and troubleshoot electro-mechanical products and equipment. Will at times be required to deal directly with Zimmer Orthopedic Surgical Products customers
Must be detail oriented, able to read, understand and follow detailed procedures.
Must have proven ability to meet workmanship standards relative to soldering techniques, use of hand tools and test equipment.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret test data and recognize discrepancies.
Ability to document test results.
Must have component level troubleshooting skills.
Must have excellent communication skills
A.S. in Electronic Technology and a minimum of one year experience troubleshooting using basic electronic test equipment, multimeters, oscilloscopes and power supplies; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
