Quality Assurance Manager (Finance)
Required
Registered intern or associate with the Board of Behavioral Sciences to assure knowledge of clinical documentation, diagnostic information, and interventions related to auditing, oversite and training needs.
Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and planning skills.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with all aspects of clinical charting, including assessment, treatment planning, progress notes, and goal-oriented documentation.
Motivated, detail-oriented, team player with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Preferred
License (LCSW or MFT).
Two years or more experience in quality assurance for Medi-Cal charts/documentation.
Two years or more experience training and managing administrative staff.
Two years or more experience with project management.
