US Air Force Regional Account Manager (Finance)
The RAM will lead a sales team with strategic direction through appropriate leadership and delegation. The RAM will be required to develop and influence sales resources, while partnering with our ADG Business Unit to drive strategic objectives and sales results through an organized strategy and Account Plan objectives.
The focus and importance of the US Air Force enables you and your team to play an influential role in shaping how the Department of Defense is factored into NI's ADG strategy and more broadly NI's go-to-market plan within ADG.
A major part of focus will be partnering with senior leadership and executives, both externally and internally, to deepen our relationships and ability to impact success at the account. It will also be necessary to maintain and grow relationships with key customer stakeholders.
You will establish NI as the preferred vendor for your customers and influence investment decisions, resulting in increased share of wallet. Through individual action and by working with your team to deploy extensive company and partner resources, you will help your team regularly qualify, advance and win sales opportunities while tackling and overcoming tough organizational and competitive challenges. You will enjoy collaborating in an open culture with coworkers and leaders who inspire you to new heights in your personal and professional development. In this important role, your leadership capability is amplified across your team and key roles across the greater NI organization including account managers, sales team manager, business development manager or product development, operations and support.
